North Webster had it's annual Mermaid Festival while we were there visiting my parents. One of the main attractions of the festival is the Cuttie Parade. Some of the participants walk, some are pulled in a wagon, and some are pulled by motorized vehicles. The theme for this year's parade was "Christmas in June." Sam enjoyed watching the parade, and so did the rest of us. The photo on the right is a little girl dressed as a Christmas tree. We thought her costume was very creative.
