Warning: This is not a dead bat. This is the bat that was outside of the door we used to enter and exit our hotel. It was on the ground, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. No, it was not dead as we suspected it to be- I mean really why else would a bat be out in the middle of the day? Anyways, my dad (a.k.a. Pappy) used a brochure to try to slide the bat away from the door. After being prodded two times, it finally had enough, and hissed at my dad. Thus we discovered the bat was indeed ALIVE. We then decided to notify the hotel that there was a "bat issue." It was gone when we left later that day. It's sort of cute...no, it's really not.
